How much does it cost to buy Qantas miles?

Can you buy Qantas miles?
Yes. Qantas miles are transferred into the loyalty account you already hold, and you book directly with the airline afterwards. You don't open anything new, and you keep control of the reservation. We are not affiliated with any airline or loyalty program.
How fast are Frequent Flyer miles delivered?
Most transfers land in your account within 48 hours. The exact window is shown on each program's page, and you'll get confirmation the moment the transfer completes.
Do Qantas Points expire?
Yes — after 18 months without earning or redeeming on the account. Any eligible activity resets the clock, and Qantas warns by email at 12 months dormant and again 45 days out, so a topped-up balance should be booked inside that window.
What can I book with Qantas Points?
Classic Rewards are the value play: fixed points prices on Qantas, Jetstar, Oneworld carriers and partners including Emirates. Classic Plus opens far more seats but follows the cash fare and only covers Qantas' own flights, so the per-point value is much lower.
Are there fees on Qantas award bookings?
Yes. Carrier charges apply on top of the points price and are heaviest on Qantas' own long-haul premium cabins; partner bookings often carry lower charges. The taxes and charges are shown before you confirm the booking.
