What we collect
The forms on this site ask for what a quote needs and nothing more: your name, an email address, the program and amount you're interested in, and optionally a WhatsApp or Telegram handle if you'd rather be answered there. No form on this website asks for your loyalty account number. Once you approve a quote we ask for the membership number and the account name directly, on the channel you chose, so that detail never passes through this site or the form processor at all.
What we never collect through this site: payment card numbers, banking details, or loyalty account passwords. No payment is taken on this website, and no legitimate message from us will ever ask for a password.
How it's used
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by our form processor and used to answer you and fulfil your order. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Cookies and analytics
This is a static site. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no ads. We useGoogle Analytics to count visits and see which pages and forms are used, so we can improve them. For visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland it runs without analytics cookies, sending only cookieless signals that are used for aggregate counts; elsewhere it sets first-party analytics cookies. We don't send Google the contents of any form. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to serve and secure the site.
Third parties
Form submissions pass through Web3Forms, which delivers them to our inbox,Google Analytics measures visits as described above, and our hosting provider serves the pages. Naming them is the point: you should be able to see who handles a message before you send it. Pages link out to airline and program websites, whose own policies apply once you're there.
Your choices
If you'd like the details from an enquiry corrected or deleted, reply to any message we've sent you, or send a note through the request form and we'll take care of it.
