Terms & conditions

Who we are

buyflightmiles is an independent miles agent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline or loyalty program shown on this site. Airline and program names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the programs we source miles for.

How ordering works

Everything starts with a quote. You tell us the program and amount, we confirm the exact rate and delivery window, and only after you approve that quote is payment made. No payment is taken on this website. By submitting an order request you accept these terms.

Your responsibilities

Miles are delivered into the loyalty account you name, so the details you give us must be accurate: the account holder's name exactly as the program has it, and the correct membership number. Once miles have posted to an account, the transfer is permanent and cannot be recalled. We never ask for your account password, and you should never share it with anyone who does.

Pricing

The rate confirmed in your quote is the rate you pay. Rates shown on the site with a tilde (~) are indicative and are confirmed or corrected in the quote before you commit.

Order sizes and delivery

Typical order sizes and delivery windows are stated on each program's page and confirmed in your quote. Unusually small or large orders are quoted individually rather than refused outright, so ask.

Delivery commitment

The delivery commitment for your order, including what happens if miles do not arrive in the stated window, is set out in your quote before you pay. We don't publish a blanket policy here that your quote might supersede; the quote is the binding version.

Availability

Award seat availability, program rules, and redemption pricing are controlled by the airlines and can change without notice. We source miles; we cannot guarantee that a specific award seat exists or remains bookable.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. The version published at the time of your quote is the one that applies to your order.
