Can you buy EVA Air miles?
Yes. EVA Air miles are transferred into the loyalty account you already hold, and you book directly with the airline afterwards. You don't open anything new, and you keep control of the reservation. We are not affiliated with any airline or loyalty program.
How fast are Infinity MileageLands miles delivered?
Most transfers land in your account within 7 business days. The exact window is shown on each program's page, and you'll get confirmation the moment the transfer completes.
What else are Infinity MileageLands miles called?
Infinity MileageLands is EVA Air's frequent flyer program, and you'll also see its miles called EVA mileage or EVA Air points. It's one currency whatever the name: buy or purchase Infinity MileageLands miles under any of them and it's the same order here, added to your account at the same rate.
Does EVA Air publish an award chart?
Yes, two: a zone-based award chart for EVA Air and UNI Air flights, and a separate chart for Star Alliance partners. On the current EVA chart, business class between North America and Asia runs 75,000 to 80,000 miles one way, and short intra-Asia business starts around 25,000. Can I upgrade an EVA Air flight with miles?
Yes. Upgrade awards move a paid Economy ticket to Premium Economy or business, and Premium Economy up to business, but only from eligible fare classes — Standard and Up fares qualify, deep-discount economy usually doesn't. Upgrades are requested through EVA's site in advance, never at check-in. Check your ticket's fare class first, then buy the miles the upgrade needs.
Do EVA Air miles expire?
After 36 months. There's a free extension built in: redeem any award miles and fly EVA or UNI Air internationally in the twelve months before expiry, and your unexpired miles extend 36 months from that travel date. Miles that do lapse can be reinstated for a fee within six months.
What is Infinity MileageLands?
EVA Air's mileage program — the loyalty currency you earn flying EVA, UNI Air and Star Alliance partners, and the account your purchased miles land in. The name trips people up; the miles work like any major program's, and this page's rate, limits and delivery window all refer to it.
