Can you buy Singapore Airlines miles?
Yes. Singapore Airlines miles are transferred into the loyalty account you already hold, and you book directly with the airline afterwards. You don't open anything new, and you keep control of the reservation. We are not affiliated with any airline or loyalty program.
How fast are KrisFlyer miles delivered?
Most transfers land in your account within 3 business days. The exact window is shown on each program's page, and you'll get confirmation the moment the transfer completes.
What else are KrisFlyer miles called?
KrisFlyer is Singapore Airlines' frequent flyer program, and you'll also see its miles called KrisFlyer points, Singapore Airlines miles or SIA miles. It's one currency whatever the name: buy or purchase KrisFlyer miles under any of them and it's the same order here, added to your account at the same rate.
Does KrisFlyer publish an award chart?
Yes, two tiers: Saver, capacity-controlled at the lowest rates, and Advantage, pricier with far better availability. Business Saver from Singapore to London is 108,500 miles one way on the current chart. A dynamic Access award type arrived in late 2025 that can book any seat on sale, at rates that rarely beat Saver. Treat Saver as the benchmark and price your shortfall with the calculator above.
Do KrisFlyer miles expire?
Yes, and the rule is hard: each batch expires 36 months after it was earned, and account activity doesn't extend it. A one-time paid extension of six months exists per batch, twelve for elites. Buy for an award you can name, book it, and expiry never matters.
Can I upgrade a Singapore Airlines flight with miles?
Yes, from a dedicated upgrade chart, one cabin up, but only from eligible booking classes: Economy Standard and Flexi qualify, Economy Lite and Value don't. Check your fare class first, then buy the miles the upgrade chart asks for.
Can I book Singapore Suites with KrisFlyer miles?
Yes, and KrisFlyer is essentially the only way in: Singapore Airlines holds its long-haul First, Suites and much of its Business Saver space back from partner programs. If the seat you want is on Singapore metal, these are the miles that book it.
